变频器在浓缩机运行控制上的运用

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 通过采用变频器对浓缩机驱动电动机进行控制，可方便地对电动机进行无级调速，以适应浓缩机出浆物料浓度的精确控制。控制系统中功率表的应用，可较精确地监测到浓缩机驱动电动机运行电流的变化，从而当耙架有淤耙倾向时，使提耙电动机动作，进行提耙，有效地防止淤耙现象出现。

Abstract: Adopting transducer to control the driving motor of thickener, the stepless speed regulation of motor can realized easily for accuracy controlling output slurry concentration from thickener. The application of wattmeter in control system can monitor current change of driving motor operation of thickener, thereby making the driving motor of rake lift action, rake lifting and protecting the machine from filled up.
