摘要： 全面描述了奥地利ＶＡＴＥＣＨ公司ＤＩＡＴＥＣＨ在线状态监测和诊断系统的硬、软件结构和系统功能，对其在实际应用中出现的情况进行了分析和总结。

Abstract: The software and hardware structures and the system functions of DIA TECH online condition monitoring and diagnosis system manufactured by VA TECH Company of Austria were described in detail, the scenarios occurred in its application were analyzed and summed up.
