摘要: 介绍了华能玉环电厂百万千瓦超超临界机组直流锅炉水冷壁结构特点,分析了水冷壁节流孔板磁性氧化铁沉积造成超温及爆管的原因及超超临界状态水对金属材料的影响,提出了预防及处理磁性氧化铁沉积问题的方法,从而减少锅炉爆管,提高机组运行的安全可靠性。

Abstract: The structure characteristics of the water wall of oncethrough boiler in Yuhuan Power Plant of China Huaneng Group 1000MW ultrasupercritical unit were introduced. The reason of magnetic oxide iron deposition was analyzed which causes overtemperature and pipe bursting. The influences of ultrasupercritical water on metal material were analyzed. The methods for preventing and treatment the magnetic oxide iron deposition were suggested, which is helpful to decrease the pipe bursting and increase the safety and reliability of the units.
