摘要: 对望亭发电厂反渗透系统在实际运行中遇到的多介质过滤器出水浊度偏高、反渗透进水与浓水端压差较高、脱盐率降低等问题进行了分析。通过采取改变加药点、调整活性炭床运行和反洗工况、改接低压水冲洗管等措施解决了上述问题,以提高反渗透系统运行的安全性和经济性。

Abstract: In practical operation of reverse osmosis system of Wangting Power Plant, some problems were occurred, which includes that the output water turbidity of multimedia filter was higher, the pressure difference between water inlet terminal and concentrated water terminal of reverse osmosis device was higher, the rate of desalination was lower and others. The problems were analyzed. Some measures were adopted, which include that to change the locality of adding medicine, to adjust the operation condition of active carbon and the backwashing condition, to change the connection of low pressure flushing pipe and others. Then the abovementioned problems were solved, and the security and economical efficiency of reverse osmosis system were enhanced.
