摘要: 根据目前国内火电厂辅助车间控制系统的实际应用情况,分析了辅助车间不同控制系统的特点,比较了现场总线控制系统和传统分散控制系统(DCS)、可编程控制器(PLC) 控制系统。以锅炉补给水处理系统为例,提出了基于 PLC 的现场总线控制系统的控制方案,进行了技术经济分析。

Abstract: According to the current practical application situations of the control systems in thermal power plant auxiliary shops, the characteristics of different control systems in auxiliary shops were analyzed. The fieldbus control system was compared with the traditional distributed control system (DCS) and the programmable logic controller (PLC) control system. Taking the boiler makeup water treatment system as an example, the control scheme of fieldbus control system based on PLC was put forward, and its technical economical analysis was carried out.
