摘要/Abstract

摘要： 山东百年电力发展股份有限公司 #3锅炉因空气预热器漏风量大、换热效率低引起排烟温度升高。为提高锅炉热效率，对空气预热器存在的问题进行了分析，制订了整改措施，经调研论证后更换为回转式空气预热器，项目实施后达到了预期效果，锅炉热效率提高了3%，改造后经济效益显著。

Abstract: In the Shandong Bainian Electric Power Development Corporation Limited, the temperature of the exhaust flue gas was higher, which was caused by the larger air leakage and the lower heat exchange efficiency of the airpreheater. In order to raise the heat efficiency of the boiler, the problems existed in airpreheater were analyzed, and the rectification measures were formulated. Based on investigation and argumentation, the airpreheater was replaced by the rotary airpreheater. After the reformation, the heat efficiency of the boiler increased by 3%, and the economic benefit was remarkable.
