摘要: 为了有效降低发电成本,保证机组安全稳定运行,在分析登封煤与大峪沟煤掺烧特性的基础上,制订了掺烧方案。在河南中孚实业股份有限公司电力二分公司 #4, #5锅炉上进行的掺烧试验表明,在不改变系统和设备结构的情况下,将大峪沟煤按照20%的比例进行掺烧是安全的,且发电成本可降低0.01 元/(kW·h)。

Abstract: In order to reduce the generating cost effectively and ensure the unit safe and stable operating, based on the analysis of the combustion characteristics of the Dengfeng coal blended with Dayugou coal, the blending scheme was formulated. It was demonstrated by the blended combustion experiment in boilers No.4 and No.5 of the Second Electric Power Branch of Henan Zhongfu Industry Corporation Limited that the Dayugou coal can be blended in ratio of 20%; the combustion will be safe, and the generating cost will reduce 0.01Yuan/kW·h, while the changes of the system and equipment structure are not needed. 
