集中供热系统中应用湍流减阻剂的节能减排综合性能评价

Comprehensive evaluation for energy saving and emission reduction performance of turbulent drag reducing agent in heating systems

摘要:

对热电联产供热、太阳能供热、风能供热等不同供热系统的发展以及技术应用现状进行了回顾,以不同集中供热系统为例,对假想在系统中添加湍流减阻剂后的节能减排效果进行了评价,并筛选出适用于不同供热系统的湍流减阻剂。结果表明,假想添加合适的湍流减阻剂后,1个供热面积为100万m2、供暖季长150 d的供热系统可减少经济损失约29.4万元,节省标准煤587.2 t,减少二氧化碳排放1 409.8 t;若在全国集中供热系统中普及添加减阻剂,1个供热季可节省标准煤5.7 Mt,减少经济损失约28.8亿元,减少二氧化碳排放约14 Mt。这些数据表明集中供热系统中湍流减阻剂的应用能够产生显著节能减排效果和巨大经济效益。

Abstract:

The development and technologies of cogeneration heating,solar heating,wind power heating and other heating systems are reviewed. According to the estimation on the energy-saving and emission-reduction effect of turbulent drag reducing agent added in centralized heating systems,the heating systems that are suitable for dosing turbulent drag reducing agent are screened. The results show that adding turbulent drag reducing agent can save about 294 000 yuan, cut 587.2 t standard coal and reduce 1 409.8 t CO2 emission for a heating system heating with a 1 million m2 area in a 150 d heating season. If drag reducing agent can be applied to heating systems national-widely,5.7 million tons of standard coal, 2.88 billion yuan and 14 Mt CO2 emission can be reduced in a single heating season. The data have proved the significant energy saving and emission reduction effect, as well as the economy of dosing drag reducing agent in centralized heating systems.
