MF+RO+EDI集成膜法制取电厂化学补给水

摘要: 北方某垃圾焚烧电厂采用微滤(MF)+反渗透(RO)+电去离子(EDI)集成膜法处理地下深井水作为化学补给水。介绍了系统工艺的设计、设备及运行情况,对存在的问题进行了分析。实践表明,采用MF+RO+EDI工艺,出水水质完全符合化学补给水水质标准,系统运行稳定可靠。

Abstract: In a north waste incineration power plant, the underground water from deep well was treated by MF+RO+EDI integrated membrane method and used as chemical make up water. The design of the system process, the equipments and the operation conditions were introduced, and the problems existing in the system were analyzed. The practice shows that using the MF+RO+EDI technology, the quality of the output water can perfectly accord with the water quality standard of chemical make up water, and the system operates stably and reliably. 
