翻车机本体液压靠板改造

摘要: 黑龙江华电富拉尔基发电有限公司原有的燃料翻车机本体靠车形式在靠车和回位时存在较大的冲击力,对车辆和设备都有损伤。提出将翻车机靠板改为液压移动靠板和液压系统通过液压缸驱动靠板的改造方法,改造后,彻底消除了靠车和回位冲击力,设备运行更加稳定。

Abstract: There was larger impulsive force in leaning and returning of dumper body in China Huadian Fularji General Power Plant, which can damage the vehicles and the equipment. A reformation scheme was proposed, in which the original fixed dumper backup plate was replaced by removable backup plate, and the plate was driven by hydraulic pressure cylinder. After the reformation, the impulsive force in dumper and returning were eliminated completely, and the equipment operation became more stable.
