Research and application of positive pressure dense phase ash pneumatic conveying system based on stable transportation flow field

摘要: 分析了大型火电机组气力输灰系统高能耗、输灰管道磨损严重的原因,根据气-固两相流的流动特性与其稳定输送流场的关系,设计了新型多泵制正压浓相型气力输灰系统。对该系统在600MW机组上进行了试验研究,试验结果表明,该系统可节能降耗并减少管道的磨损。

Abstract: Aiming at the higher energy consumption and serious pipeline wear of pneumatic ash conveying system of large thermal power unit, the reasons were analyzed. According to the relation between the flow characteristics of gassolid twophase fluid and its stable transportation flow field, a novel multipump micro positive pressure dense phase pneumatic ash conveying system was designed. The system had been researched and tested in a 600MW unit, and the test result shows that the designed system can reduce the energy consumption and weaken the pipe wear.
