摘要: 火电厂分散控制系统(DCS)在电厂调试、运行及保证机组安全方面具有十分重要的作用。基建时期的安装、系统集成、调试的质量,对保证机组顺利投产、创造良好的经济效益非常关键。根据火电工程施工调试实践,对DCS在安装调试过程中的一些技术要求进行分析,提出了一些提高DCS可靠运行的措施。

Abstract: The distributed control system (DCS) of thermal power plant plays an important role in commission and operation of power plant and unit security. The quality of installation, system integration and debugging in construction period is the key for ensuring the unit to be successfully put operation and to create good economical benefit. Based on construction and debugging practice of thermal power projects, some technical requirements in DCS installation and debugging processes were analyzed, and some measures for enhancing the reliability of DCS were given.
