摘要: 分析了电气控制系统以通信方式接入分散控制系统的优势,为满足分散控制系统的顺序控制过程的要求,电气控制系统必须提高实时性和可靠性。在比较分析现有电气控制系统采用的各种类型现场总线以及组网方式的基础上,提出了在实际工程中电气控制系统通信方案宜采用的间隔层和站控层的组网方式、通信管理机的硬件配置方式以及需具备的软件功能。

Abstract: The advantages of the connection mode of ECS into DCS were analyzed. In order to meet the demands of the sequential control of DCS, it is necessary to enhance the realtime and the reliability of ECS. Based on the analysis of various kinds of fieldbus adopted in current ECS and its networking mode, the networking mode of the interval layer and the station controlled layer, which is suitable to the ECS communication scheme in the actual projects, the hardware configuration mode and the softawre functions of the communication management machine were proposed.
