摘要: 介绍了捞渣机的工作原理,对刮板式捞渣机运行中刮板倾斜、内导轮磨损导致导轮不转及渣仓顶部皮带式输送机设计不合理等缺陷进行了原因分析,制订了可行的措施进行处理, 降低了设备缺陷发生,提高了捞渣机系统运行可靠性。

Abstract: The operation principle of the slagoff machine was introduced. The defects of the submerged slagoff machine, such as the scraper blade tilted, the guide wheels stopped to rotate due to the wear down of the inner guide wheel, the belt conveyor in the top of the chamber was designed irrationally and others,were analyzed. Some feasible countermeasures were formulated and implemented. The equipment defects occurrence was reduced, and the operation reliability of the slagoff machine system was increased. 
