摘要: 分析了某电厂300MW机组投产以来输灰系统运行不正常、管道异常堵管的状况,根据出现的问题提出了针对性的改进措施,改造效果良好。

关键词: 输灰系统, 环隙气, 一次气, 优化改造

Abstract: In a 300MW unit, after it was put into operation, the ash conveying system was not functioning properly, and the pipes often were plugged. The faults were analyzed, and according to the appeared problems, the pertinent improving measures were put forward. The result of the reformation was favorable. 
