摘要: 介绍了华电新乡宝山发电厂锅炉形式和校核煤种的煤质分析情况,结合制粉系统和燃烧器的特点,考虑投资、电厂检修运行水平、设备的配套及煤源等因素,针对不同形式磨煤机的特点和适用条件,得出了宝山发电厂选用双进双出钢球磨煤机较为稳妥的结论。

Abstract: The boiler type of the Huadian Xinxiang Baoshan Power Plant and the coal quality analysis of the check coal were introduced. Combining with the features of the pulverized coal system and the burners, considering the investment, the operation and maintenance level of the power plant, the matching of the equipments and the coal supply sources, comparing the characteristics and the suitable conditions of the different mills, a conclusion was obtained that the doubleended ball mill is more safe selection for the Baoshan Power Plant. 

