摘要: 从锅炉热负荷特性、优化吹灰、燃烧调整、机组运行方式以及设备治理等方面分析了影响再热器减温水的因素,针对锅炉典型工况下的减温水特性进行了论述,针对性地提出了控制再热器减温水的运行技术,较好地解决了再热器减温水量长期居高不下的问题,为发电企业治理再热器减温水提供较可靠的参考。

关键词: 汽化潜热, 吸热份额, 饱和温度, 烟气温度, 吹灰

Abstract: The factors influencing on the reheater attemperating water were analyzed, which include the thermal load characteristics of boiler, the soot blowing optimization, the combustion adjustment, the operation mode of unit, the equipment management and others. Aiming at the typical condition of boiler, the characteristics of attemperating water were discoursed, and the relevant operation technology for controlling reheater attemperating water was proposed. Then the problem of the reheater attemperating water, the quantity of which was too large at long time, was solved successfully, and a more reliable reference was provided for reheater attemperating water control in power generation enterprise.
