摘要: 采用计算流体动力学(CFD)技术进行冷却塔内全三维传热传质数值计算,在此基础上,进行塔内冷却风与循环水优化匹配改造,实现优良的配水与配风,强化换热效果,使其达到并超过设计冷效,在目前机组运行状态基础上大幅度降低出塔水温,降低发电煤耗,提高机组运行经济性。

Abstract: By using the technique of computational fluid dynamics (CFD), the numerical computations of three dimensional heat transfer and mass transfer in the cooling tower were carried out. Based on these, the reformation for optimized matching of the cooling air and the circulating water inside the cooling tower was accomplished; the excellent water distribution and air distribution were realized, the heat exchange efficiency was increased, the cooling effect had become higher than the designed value, and the outlet water temperature was greatly reduced, the gross coal consumption rate was decreased, and the unit operation economical efficiency was raised.
