摘要: 华电新乡发电有限公司660MW超临界机组存在燃料测量不准及启、停磨煤机时容量风风量与进入炉膛的实际燃料量偏差较大等问题,给协调系统造成了较大扰动,利用软测量和建立模型的方法对燃料自动控制系统进行了优化,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract: In the 660MW unit of Huadian Xinxiang Power Generation Company Limited, the fuel measurement was inaccurate; and in startup and stop processes of the mill, there was larger deviation between the air flow in accordance with the unit capacity and the fuel quantity actually fed into the furnace. These problems caused larger disturbance for coordination control system. By using the soft sensor technology and the modeling method, the automatic fuel control system was optimized, and better effect was obtained.
