油泵无出力故障原因分析

摘要: 介绍了某电厂1000MW汽轮机润滑油系统3台电动油泵出口窝空气形成气阻,造成油泵无出力和汽轮机烧瓦的事故,对油泵经过2次改造才成功解决气阻问题的原因进行了分析,供相关人员参考。

Abstract: In the lubricating oil system of 1000MW steam turbine of a power plant, some air harboured in the outlets of three electric oil pumps. The air formed air resistance, which caused that the output of the oil pump was disappeared and the bushburning accident of the turbine occurred. The accident was introduced. The oil pumps had been reformed two times, and the problem of air resistance was solved successfully. The reasons of the accident were analyzed, providing a reference for related persons.
