摘要: 火力发电厂选择性催化还原脱硝设备的氨气供应工艺通常有液氨、氨水、热解尿素及水解尿素4种,经过技术和经济性对比分析,认为热解尿素和液氨在投资造价、运行费用、运行管理安全性等方面各有利弊,均适宜作为大型机组的脱硝系统的氨气来源。

Abstract: In thermal power plants, there are four types of ammonia supply sources for SCR deNOx devices, which are the liquid ammonia, the aqueous ammonia, the pyrolyzed urea and the hydrolyzed urea. According to technical and economic comparative analyses, it was confirmed that in the investment cost, the operating cost, the operation and management safety and other respects, the pyrolyzed urea and the liquid ammonia have advantages and disadvantages respectively, and they all can be used as appropriate ammonia supply source for large unit.
