双背压凝汽器抽真空系统的技术改造

摘要: 双背压凝汽器的抽真空系统既能使双背压凝汽器的平均真空达到设计值又能大幅节约厂用电。若将600MW机组单母管抽真空系统改造成双母管双吸真空泵抽真空系统,其平均真空可提高0.7245kPa,每年可节约煤炭4284.755t;若将600MW机组双母管单吸真空泵抽真空系统改造成双母管双吸真空泵抽真空系统,1台真空泵每年可节约厂用电621997kW·h。双背压凝汽器抽真空系统技术改造后,其经济效益和社会效益显著。

Abstract: Using the dualbackpressure condenser vacuumpumping system, the average vacuity of the dualbackpressure condenser can achieve designed value, and the consumption of auxiliary power can be reduced in large amplitude. If the singlemain piping vacuumpumping system of 600MW unit is transformed into dualmail piping doublesuction vacuumpumping system, its average vacuity can increase 0.7245kPa, and the coal consumption can be reduced by 4284.755t each year. If the dualmain piping singlesuction vacuumpumping system of 600MW unit is transformed into dualmail piping doublesuction vacuumpumping system, one vacuum pump can reduce the auxiliary power consumption by 621997kW·h each year. The economic benefits and the social effects of the technical reformation of the dualpressure condenser vacuum pumping system are notable.
