摘要/Abstract

摘要： 给水泵总窜动量、工作间隙的测量与调整是给水泵检修工作中的重要环节，其根本目的是使给水泵叶轮与导叶槽道中心位置始终保持一致，防止转动部件与静止部件摩擦，提高水泵效率。从给水泵的平衡原理、轴向推力的测量与调整入手，结合实际工作经验，对提高给水泵检修质量的问题进行了论述。

关键词: 轴向力, 窜动量, 间隙, 调整, 测量方法

Abstract: The measurement and adjustment of total axial drifting value and working clearance of feed pump are the important links in feed pump overhaul; and its basic purpose is to make the feed pump impeller to be always in accordance with the center position of the guide vane slot and avoid the friction between the rotating part and the static part of the pump; which will be helpful to enhancing the pump efficiency. According to the equilibrium principle of feed pump, starting from the measurement and adjustment of the axial thrust, combining with the practical working experience, the problems on enhancing the feed pump overhaul quality were expounded. 
