摘要: 天津军粮城发电有限公司 #7锅炉热管式空气预热器存在磨损严重、换热效率下降、漏风增大的问题,详细介绍了热管式空气预热器整体更换的施工技术方案及安全措施。对比更换前、后的试验数据可知,热管式空气预热器更换后,运行状况得到明显改善,达到了预期的效果。

Abstract: Some problems, such as the serious wear, the decreased heat exchange efficiency and the increased air leakage, existed in heat pipe type air preheater of boiler No.7 of Tianjin Junliangcheng Power Generation Corporation Limited. The construction technical scheme for integrally replacing the heat pipe type air preheater and relevant safety precautions were introduced in detail. The comparison of the test data after replacing with that before replacing indicates that after the heat pipe type air preheater had been replaced, the operation situation was obviously improved, and the prospective effect was achieved. 
