一体式栈桥在多点激励下的动力响应分析

摘要: 对一体式栈桥结构在皮带运行中的动力响应问题进行了分析,根据一体式栈桥结构的受力特点,考虑了皮带式输送机托辊转动时对栈桥结构的多点激励。在一致激励的假定条件下,以典型工程实例为研究对象,采用了有限元分析方法,研究了栈桥结构的动力响应特点,其研究结果可为一体式栈桥结构设计的动力载荷取值提供理论依据。

Abstract: The dynamic response of integrated conveyor gallery structure under belt moving condition was analyzed. According to the mechanical characteristics of the integrated conveyor gallery structure when it is under the action of forces, the multipoint excitations of rotating carrier roller of the belt conveyor on the gallery structure was considered. Assuming that the excitations are uniform, taking typical engineering example as research object, using the finite element analysis method, the characteristics of dynamic response of gallery structure were researched. The result can be used as a theoretical basis for design of the integrated conveyor gallery structure to determine its dynamic load.
