摘要： 捞渣机链条系统的正确安装、使用与维护关系到大型火力发电厂捞渣机组的正常运转，直接影响锅炉的稳定运行。介绍了链条系统的安装方法以及链条使用与维护时应注意的问题，分析了捞渣机刮板跑偏的原因并提出了处理对策，最后指出，只要选型和运用适当，国产出渣链可替代昂贵的进口链条，降低火力发电企业链条系统的运行费用。

Abstract: The correct installation, use and maintenance of the chain driving system of the slagdredger are concerned with the normal running of the slagdredger of large thermal power plant, and influence on the stable operation of the boiler directly. The installation method of the chain system and the problems needing attention in its use and maintenance were introduced. The reasons of scraper deviation were analyzed, and relevant countermeasures were proposed. It was pointed out finally that if the type selection and use are proper, the domestic slag extractor chain can replace expensive import chain, and the operation cost of the chain system of thermal power generation enterprises can be reduced. 
