摘要/Abstract

摘要： 介绍了1000MW超超临界机组锅炉双进双出球磨机分离器的异常运行工况，论述了分离器运行与维护中出现的问题，针对分离器内部磨损与漏风的影响，从该类型磨煤机分离器的设计结构、维护管理以及设备改造等方面进行了综合分析，提出了治理建议。

关键词: 双进双出磨煤机, 分离器, 堵塞, 原因分析, 整改建议

Abstract: The abnormal operation conditions of doubleended ball mill separator for 1000MW ultra supercritical boiler were introduced. The problems, which happened during the separator operation and maintenance, were expounded. Aiming at the influences of internal wear and air leakage, the structure design, maintenance and management and equipment reformation of this type mill separator were analyzed comprehensively; and some improvement suggestions were put forward.

