摘要: 分析了电石渣代替石灰石粉作为脱硫剂在火电厂石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫系统中运行的可行性,论述了对原脱硫系统进行改造的必要性,提出了保障设备系统安全、经济、稳定运行的措施,供石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫系统改用电石渣作为脱硫剂时参考。

Abstract: The feasibility of using the carbide slag as desulphurizing agent, instead of the limestone powder, in limestonegypsum wet FGD system of thermal power plant was analyzed. The necessity of the original desulphurization system reformation was expounded. The measures for ensuring safe, economical and stable operation of the equipment system were put forward, which can be used as reference for the limestonegypsum wet desulphurization system when it will be reformed to use the carbide slag as desulphurizing agent in this system.
