摘要: 对NiCrTi系防硫腐蚀喷涂材料45CT与PS45 的主要性能指标进行了试验分析,结果显示,45CT与PS45的化学成分、制备涂层的微观组织形貌相似。对2种涂层进行腐蚀增重试验,腐蚀后的涂层表面可形成致密的Cr2O3与Cr2NiO4结构,具有优异的抗高温硫腐蚀能力。

Abstract: The main performance indexes of the NiCrTi antisulphur corrosion spray painting materials 45CT and PS45 were tested and analyzed. The results show that the chemical compositions of 45CT and PS45 are alike, and the microstructure morphologies of the coatings prepared by 45CT and PS45 are similar. The corrosion weight gain experiment was carried out for the two coatings; and the dense Cr2O3 and Cr2NiO4 structure was formed on the corroded coating surface, which has excellent hightemperature sulphur corrosion resistant capability.
