300MW机组凉水塔配水方式改造

摘要: 300MW机组凉水塔大多采用比较先进的中央竖井虹吸式配水方式,但在实际运行中效果却不理想,循环水泵在高速运行时不能有效虹吸,影响了循环水的冷却效果。华电滕州新源热电有限公司 #3机组在大修中对凉水塔虹吸配水方式进行了改造,采用启闭机闸板配水方式,实现了单台循环水泵的全塔配水,保证了凉水塔在各种工况下得以安全、稳定、经济运行。

Abstract: In the water cooling towers of 300MW units, more advanced central shaft siphontype water distribution mode was adopted mostly. However, the practical effect of this water distribution mode was unsatisfactory; when the circulating pump is operating with high speed, the siphon can not be realized effectively, and the cooling effect of the circulating water was affected. At overhaul of unit No.3 in Huadian Tengzhou Xinyuan Thermal Power Company Limited, the siphon type water distribution mode of the water cooling tower had been reformed. The hoist gate type water distribution mode was adopted, and water distribution for full tower by single circulating pump was realized, which ensures the safe, stable and economical operation of the water cooling tower under various conditions.
