摘要: 介绍了垃圾发电厂锅炉受热面的积灰、结焦特性,常用的清灰方式及应用情况。针对深圳某垃圾焚烧发电厂锅炉受热面积灰、结焦致使机组无法长周期连续运行的问题,进行了机械振打与激波清灰相结合的技术改造,解决了困扰该厂余热锅炉受热面管屏积灰、结焦和振打爆管的难题,改造效果良好。

Abstract: The soot formation and slagging characteristics of the heating surface of the boiler in garbage power plants were introduced, and the common soot cleaning mode and its application were described. Aiming at the problem of soot formation and slagging of the boiler heating surface in a garbage power plant in the Shenzhen, which causes the plant can not operate continuously in longer period, a technical reformation using the mechanical shaking combined with shock wave technology was carried out. The difficult problems of soot formation and slagging on the waste heat boiler heating surface tube platen of the plant and tube cracking caused by shaking, which puzzled the power plant for long time, were solved, and good reformation effect was obtained.
