摘要: 国内传统水电站进行智能化改造是必然趋势,智能水电站必然要借助基于IEC 61850标准的统一水电站模型来实现一体化平台的数据交换。在对传统水电站现状进行分析的基础上,提出了传统水电站智能化改造可行的系统架构、基于IEC 61850标准的水电站设备建模的方法以及与主站实现IEC 61850通信的智能化通信服务器的软件结构,对未来水电站智能化改造工作进行了思考。

Abstract: The intelligent reformation of the domestic traditional hydropower stations is an inevitable development trend. The intelligent hydropower station must use the unified hydropower station model to realize data exchange on integrated platform based on the standard IEC 61850. Based on analysis of current situation of the traditional hydropower stations, the feasible system framework for intelligent reformation of traditional hydropower stations, the equipment modeling method for hydropower stations based on the standard IEC 61850 and the software structure of the intelligent communication server, which will be used to realize IEC 61850 communication with the master station, were proposed. The future intelligent reformation of hydropower stations was discussed.
