摘要：

以华电内蒙古能源有限公司包头发电分公司600MW机组为例，对循环水系统、锅炉燃烧系统、吹灰系统、辅机系统进行了全面分析，实施了燃烧优化、汽轮机滑压优化、循

环水系统优化、凝结水泵电动机变频改造、汽封改造、重新布置疏水管道等优化措施，取得了良好的节能效果。

关键词: 600MW火电机组, 节能降耗, 优化措施

Abstract:

Take 600MW thermal power unit of Huadian Inner Mongolia Energy Corporation Limited. Baotou Power Generation Branch Company as the example, overall

analysis was done for its circulating water system, boiler combustion system, soot blowing system, auxiliary system, the optimization measures for

combustion, steam turbine sliding pressure, circulating water system, condensate pump motor frequency reformation, gland seal reformation, dewatering pipe

rearrangement, etc. were implemented, the favorable energysaving effects were obtained.
