摘要： 胶带跑偏是带式输送机最常见的故障，也是较难彻底解决的故障。以托辊和胶带不同的受力角度为研究对象，分析了胶带跑偏原因，提出了相应的处理方法，消除了胶带跑偏故障。

关键词: 带式输送机, 胶带, 跑偏, 力学分析, 处理方法

Abstract: The belt line deflection is the most common fault of the belt conveyer, and it is difficult to solve the fault thoroughly. Taking the different force angles of the carrier roller and the belt as research objects, the reason of belt line deflection was analyzed; the relevant treatment method was put forward; and the belt line deflection fault had been eliminated.
