摘要:

介绍了目前脱硫系统常用的密度测量方式。针对现有测量装置的不足,研发了一种应用差压法对浆液密度准确、稳定、可靠测量并兼顾pH值测量及现场取样功能的综合测量装置,该装置将密度测量、pH值测量及取样3套装置集于一体,具有投资成本低、运行稳定、测量准确、经久耐用等特点,经济效益和社会效益良好。

Abstract:

The current slurry density measurement methods used in desulphurization systems were introduced. Aiming at the defects of the existing measurement devices, a comprehensive measurement device using differential pressure method was developed; the slurry density measurement function of the developed device is accurate, stable and reliable, and the device has pH value measurement and field sampling functions too. The device, in which the density measurement, the pH value measurement and the sampling were integrated, has advantages of lower cost, good operation stability, high measurement accuracy and long service life, so it can make favorable economical benefit and social effect. 
