低压轴封进、回汽系统故障对凝汽器真空度的影响

摘要: 某电厂 #2机组自建成发电以来,凝汽器真空度一直偏低。对轴封系统进行全面检查后发现, #4瓦和 #6瓦处低压轴封进汽系统与回汽系统互相接反,对其管道进行调换后,机组真空度达到设计值,煤耗下降,经济效益显著。

Abstract: Since the unit No.2 of a power plant was put into production, the vacuum of its condenser was lower at all time. It was found out by complete inspection for the shaft gland that the steam admission and steam return system of the low pressure shaft gland of the bearing shell No.4 and No.6 were connected inversely. After the tubes reconnected conversely, the vacuum of the condenser was reached the designed value; the coal consumption was reduced, and remarkable economical benefit was obtained.
