多点汇合式取样在提高凝汽器真空度测量准确性中的应用

摘要: 介绍了凝汽器真空度测量系统取样管在设计和施工中存在的一些问题,以四川广安发电有限责任公司600MW机组真空度测量为例,论证了采用多点汇合式取样改造方案的可行性,以提高凝汽器真空度测量准确性。方案实施后,凝汽器测量的准确性得到了提高,方便了运行人员对机组效率的调整,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract: Some problems, which are existed in design and construction of condenser vacuum measurement sampling, were introduced. Taking the vacuum measurement of 600MW unit of Sichuan Guang’an Power Generation Corporation Limited as example, the feasibility of the multipoint converged sampling reformation scheme, the goal of which is to increase the measuring accuracy of the condenser vacuum, was demonstrated. After the scheme had been implemented, the measurement accuracy of the condenser vacuum was increased, which provides certain convenience for the unit operators to adjust the unit efficiency; and favorable effect was obtained. 
