风力发电机变流器水冷系统故障原因分析及优化

摘要: 针对反馈频率较高、影响较大的1.5MW系列风力发电机组水冷系统存在的电加热器烧坏、系统压力报警、气囊破裂及电控逻辑异常等故障进行了分析,根据分析结果提出了更新水冷系统说明书交付资料、优化设备组件及完善主控系统电控程序等建议,为水冷系统的设计优化和日常维护提供参考。

Abstract: Some faults of the watercooling system occurred in 1.5MW series wind driven generator set with higher frequency feedback and great influence, such as the electric heater burning out, the system pressure alarming, the aerocyst cracking and the abnormal electric control logic and others, were analyzed. These faults were analyzed; and according to the analysis result, several suggestions, such as to update the delivered manual of the watercooling system, to optimize the equipment subassemblies, to perfect the electrical control program of the master control system and others, were put forward, which provides certain reference for design optimization and daily maintenance of the watercooling system.
