摘要: 针对现代大型火电机组节能降耗的需要,华电国际邹县发电厂对1000MW机组凝结水泵系统的2台凝结水泵进行了变频调速改造。介绍了除氧器水位变频调节控制方案并对除氧器水位控制进行了优化,改造后,系统运行可靠,节能效果明显。

Abstract: Aiming at the requirement of energysaving and consumption reducing for modern large thermal power units, in the Huadian International Zouxian Power Plant, the variable frequency speed regulation reformation of two condensate pumps of the 1000MW unit was carried out. The control scheme of water level in the deaerator using variable frequency adjustment technology was introduced, and the control of the water level in deaerator was optimized. The reformed system operates reliably; and the energysaving effect of the reformation is obvious. 
