摘要:

针对某电厂亚临界300MW 机组锅炉出现的结焦灭火严重问题,结合锅炉结构特点、燃煤特性及实际运行情况,分析了导致锅炉结焦的主要原因。针对性地提出了燃料管理、氧量调整等防止掉焦灭火的对策,调整后锅炉无明显结焦现象,治理效果显著。

关键词: 结焦, 灭火, 卫燃带, 一次风调平

Abstract:

Aiming at serious boiler slagging and extinguishing of the 300MW subcritical unit in a power plant, combining with the boiler structure features,

the coal characteristics and the actual operation situation, the main reasons causing the boiler slagging were analyzed. Some targeted control measures for

preventing the boiler slag falling and extinguishing, such as the coal management, the oxygen adjustment and others, were proposed. After the measures

adopted, obvious slagging of the boiler was eliminated; and favorable effect of the control measures was obtained.
