挂闸电磁阀故障引起的汽轮机系统挂闸异常分析

摘要: 介绍了汽轮机的挂闸过程,分析了挂闸电磁阀故障引起的危害,论述了80MW汽轮机组在启动过程中遇到的高压油泵启动后汽轮机无法挂闸的典型案例,挂闸故障处理后,机组顺利挂闸。

Abstract: The turbine latchon process was introduced. The hazard caused by fault of latchon electromagnetic valve was analyzed. A typical case occurred in startup process of an 80MW unit was expounded, in which, after the highpressure oil pump started, the steam turbine can not be latched on. After the fault had been treated, the unit had been latched on successfully.
