摘要: 汽轮机组在投入运行一段时间后,由于受结垢、固体颗粒冲蚀和腐蚀等因素的影响,汽轮机通流部分表面由光滑变得粗糙,从而影响汽轮机通流部分各级的功率和效率。介绍了导致汽轮机通流部分表面变粗糙的影响因素,论述了这些影响因素使通流部分表面变粗糙的过程以及通流部分表面粗糙造成汽轮机性能损失的机制,结合实例分析了表面粗糙对汽轮机通流部分性能的影响。

Abstract: Through a period operation, due to scaling, corrosion and erosion by solid particles, the surface of flow passage of steam turbine will change from smooth to rough, and the power and the efficiency of various stages of flow passage of steam turbine will be impacted. The factors causing the surface of turbine flow passage to become rough were introduced. The variation process of the surface roughness of the turbine flow passage caused by these factors was expounded, and the mechanism of the performance deterioration of turbine flow passage caused by the rough surface was described. Combining with practical example, the influence of surface roughness on performance of flow passage of the turbine was analyzed.
