摘要/Abstract

摘要： 预应力钢筒混凝土管(PCCP)在国内得到了推广与应用，以大伙房水库输水二期工程DN 2400 埋置式预应力钢筒混凝土管(PCCPE)管材制造为例，介绍了PCCP施工工艺及流程，对主要工序的操作要点进行了详细阐述，可为PCCP管材的生产和发展提供借鉴。

关键词: 预应力钢筒混凝土管, 施工, 工艺流程, 工艺原理, 操作要点

Abstract: The prestressed concrete cylinder pipe (PCCP) is widely applied at home. Taking the manufacturing of DN 2400 embedded prestressed concrete cylinder pipe (PCCPE) for water delivery project phase II of the Dahuofang Reservoir as example; the construction technology and process flow of PCCP were introduced, and the operation essentials of main processes were expounded in detail. The results of this paper can be used as reference for production and development of PCCP.
