介绍了某项目1800t/h桥式抓斗卸船机组装完成后小车轨道超差的问题，分析了超差的原因，对超差进行了修复并提出了预防措施，为后续产品的制作、安装提供参考依

据。

Abstract:

After the 1800t/h bridgetype grab ship unloader of a project had been assembled; an out of tolerance problem of the trolley track was found.

The problem was introduced; and the reasons of the problem were analyzed. The defect was repaired; and some preventive measures were proposed, which provides

reference for manufacturing and installing of the subsequent products.
