摘要: 气体绝缘全封闭组合电器(GIS)的智能化是智能变电站系统的一个重要方面,以实用化为出发点,针对当前的技术发展水平和用户接受程度,对GIS的操控回路设计、在线监测、电子式互感器、汇控柜方案等方面存在的问题进行了论述。通过机构箱和智能终端的统一设计,提高了操控回路的性能和可靠性。考虑到工程实施的可行性,提出了一体化的在线监测方案,指出了新技术和新方法的采用需要对相关试验规程、校验手段等进行修改,以适应技术发展的需要。

Abstract: The intelligentization of the gas insulated switchgear (GIS) is an important aspect for intelligent substation system. Starting from the practicability, aiming at the current technical development level and the user acceptance, the problems existing in the design of the GIS control circuit, the online monitoring, the electronic instrument transformer and the control cabinet scheme were expounded. The performance and reliability of the control circuit were improved by using of the unified design of the mechanism box and the intelligent terminal. Considering the feasibility of engineering implementation, an integrative online monitoring scheme was put forward. It is pointed out that in order to apply the new technology and the new method, the relative test instructions and calibration methods should be amended to adapt to the needs of technology development.
