摘要: 在控制联合循环机组余热锅炉化学水系统运行工况的过程中,存在着蒸汽氢电导率超标、汽包蒸汽带水和启动阶段水汽品质净化较慢等问题。从确保机组设备健康和安全角度出发,通过热化学试验和深入评估,建立安全、有效的化学水系统工况控制标准和灵活的监控体系。

Abstract: Some difficult problems exist in operation condition control of chemical water system of head recover boiler in gassteam combined cycle unit, which include that the cation conductivity of the steam exceeds the standard, the steam in the steam drum contains water, it is more difficult to control the quality of water and steam during startup stage and so on. Starting from the target of ensuring the healthy and safety of the unit equipments, by the thermochemical test and the evaluation in depth, the safe and effective standard of operation condition control of the chemical water system and the flexible monitoring system were established.

