摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着劳动力成本的不断提高，越来越多的新建发电企业将管理职能以外的业务服务外包。对某公司业务服务外包安全管理的经验进行分析、归纳和总结，指出了外包工程安全管理中存在的问题，提出了一些控制措施，可为类似发电企业外包工程的安全管理提供借鉴。

Abstract: Along with the continuously rising of the labor cost, more and more newbuilt power generation enterprises outsource their business services other than the management functions. The experiences of an enterprise on safety management of outsourcing business service were analyzed and summarized. The problems existing in the safety management of the outsourcing projects were pointed out, and some control measures were proposed, which provide reference for similar power generation enterprises in safety management of their outsourcing projects.

