摘要： 以上海奉贤燃机发电有限公司为例，分析了精简、高效、扁平化企业管理模式下人力资源管理的特点。结合“人员少，任务重”的实际情况，提出了优化、创新人力资源管理，实现人才与企业同步发展的管理思路，实施后取得了良好的效果。

关键词: 企业管理, 人力资源管理, 扁平化管理, 人才战略

Abstract: Taking Shanghai Fengxian Gas Turbine Power Generation Company Limited as example, the features of human resource management under the simplified, higheffective and flat enterprise management mode were analyzed. Combining with the practical situation of ‘heavy task for less staffs’, a management thought of human resource management optimization and innovation and synchronous development of talent and enterprise was proposed. The management thought was implemented and good effect was obtained.
