摘要: 660MW海勒式间接空冷火电机组在调试运行过程中,由于缺少运行经验,出现了空冷系统控制逻辑和循环水水膜恶化工况,发生低压缸防爆膜破裂事故,对事故进行了分析,采取了有效措施处理了故障。

关键词: 海勒式间接空冷系统, 水轮机, 真空度急降, 水膜, 凝汽器改造

Abstract: In the commissioning process of the 660MW Heller indirect air cooling thermal power unit, the conditions of air cooling system control logic and the water film of circulating water were deteriorated, and an accident of the rupture membrane breakdown in low pressure cylinder occurred without sufficient operation experiences. The accidents were analyzed. The efficient measures were adopted, and the faults were treated.
