摘要: 论述了国内外电-袋除尘器的研究和运用情况及其结构与性能特点,针对国内电-袋组合除尘器的应用效果,分析了高压电场产生臭氧对聚苯硫醚滤料使用寿命的影响及其电区和袋区间的气流分布对其性能的影响。电-袋组合除尘器适合在静电除尘器提效改造的项目上应用,若要静电除尘器完好、正常运行,就要选择抗氧化能力强的滤料,降低电场的二次电压。对于新建项目,尤其是选用无半干法脱硫、选择性催化还原(SCR)脱销工艺的系统,建议不采用电-袋除尘器。

Abstract: The research, application, structure and performance characteristics of the domestic and foreign electricbag composite dust collectors were expounded. Aiming at the application effects of domestic electricbag composite dust collectors, the influence of the ozone generated by highvoltage electric field on the service life of the PPS filtering material and the influence of the gas flow distribution between the electric zone and the bag zone on the performance of the dust collector were analyzed. The electricbag composite dust collector is suitable for application in precipitator reformation project for efficiency improving,and in order to ensure the precipitator to operate normally and perfectly, it is necessary to select the filter material with strong antioxidant ability and to reduce the secondary voltage of the precipitator electric field. For new projects, especially the projects without the semidry desulphurization and SCR denitration devices, the electricbag dust collector is not recommended.
